CAPPING WELFARE

As part of our long-term economic plan, the Conservatives are capping welfare to ensure we have a welfare system which provides a safety net for those in need, while rewarding the willingness to work.

We’ve capped benefits so no out-of-work household can claim more than the average family earns by working, and stopped unlimited housing benefits pay-outs.

Labour helped create a something-for-nothing culture – and now they oppose capping welfare, and voted to let benefits rise faster than wages.

LABOUR DON’T AGREE WITH OUR PLANS TO FIX THE WELFARE SYSTEM – BUT WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Do you agree with our policy of capping benefits so no out-of-work household can claim more than the average family earns by working?
